Refund policy

Returns. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact us at cozyaaura@gmail.com to start a return, and we'll send you instructions.

Return shipping. Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or different from what was ordered.

Damaged, defective or wrong items. Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund.

Refunds. Once we confirm the return (or approve a damaged-item claim), your refund goes to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-returnable items. Items that have been worn by a pet or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
