Shipping policy
Processing time. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships, where tracking is available.
Delivery times and rates (including processing)
- United States: free shipping, 9-16 days
- Canada: free shipping, 11-19 days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen during peak holiday periods or because of customs.
Customs and import taxes. Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import VAT, duties or customs fees, depending on the destination country's rules. These charges are set by the destination country and are not controlled by us.
Where we ship. We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
Lost or delayed orders. If your order hasn't arrived 30 days after it shipped, contact us at cozyaaura@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
